Who We Are
Halek Energy, with its parent company Central Basin Oil Investments, Inc. is an independent oil and gas company active in the acquisition, production & exploration of domestic operations. The company was incorporated in 2000 in Roanoke, Texas and is continuing growth in its operations, by seeking new US properties and international properties.
The mission statement which follows gives insight into how we approach the industry and our basic strategy. We plan to continue to follow this plan for as long as the current window of opportunity is open and believe with our business model the risk to return ratio is very low for the energy industry.
